About Auburn Hills
Auburn Hills is composed of 422 homes in a ¼-square mile area within the Town of Parker, Douglas County, Colorado. We have 246 single family homes, 104 patio (also known as alley-load) homes, and 72 townhomes. Auburn Hills was built by The Ryland Company between approximately 2000 and 2004.
The single-family, patio and townhomes receive different levels of service from the HOA, and the HOA is responsible for repairing and maintaining different features within each type of neighborhood. Assessments are levied accordingly.
For all types of units, the HOA is responsible for irrigation, landscape maintenance and snow removal in common areas. The HOA also contracts for residential trash removal for all units within Auburn Hills
Single Family Homes:
There are two distinct single-family neighborhoods within Auburn Hills; the “Crystal Collection” homes are located in the western and northern portions of the property (along Whooping Crane, Cormorant, Grebe, Wigeon, Plover, and Night Heron), and the newer “700-series” homes are located in the southeastern portion of the property (Firebrick, Terrawood, Maize and Greenlet).
The HOA irrigates and maintains common areas within the single family neighborhoods.
Patio (Alley-Load) Homes:
The HOA is responsible for landscape maintenance of front yards and the rock strips along the alleys. An irrigation shut-off valve is located in the basement of each home. This valve must be opened on April 15 each year, and closed on October 15 so that the systems can be winterized. If you need assistance locating or operating the valve, please call Beth Duran with the management company at 720-974-4236. The HOA is also responsible for maintenance and repair of the alleys.
Townhomes:
The HOA pays the water/sewer/stormwater bill for all townhomes. Please help us control assessment increases by not wasting water and not overwatering your lawn. The HOA is responsible for all exterior landscape maintenance, and maintenance and repair of the townhome streets. Individual townhome owners must carry valid hazard insurance.
